Sub Rosa is available for limited rentals to groups from 5-16 people for private groups to celebrate kinky milestones. For larger groups, we offer you access to all the same amazing bondage equipment, impact toys, safer sex and cleaning supplies, in a private sexy space. The main difference is that these rentals have a longer walk through so you can get to know the space a bit better – to be a better host, as well as a longer required minimum time at a higher rate.
Sub Rosa is not available for ticketed gatherings marketed to the public, but rather gatherings of people who know each other. The main renter much vouch for each attendee.

Policies
The following policies apply to all rentals over 4 people (private parties).
- The space may be reserved for 4 to 6 hours.
- Email info@subrosapdx.com for scheduling, then once a date is confirmed, full payment of the rental cost and a $300 security deposit is due within 48 hours to reserve the space on our calendar.
- We will send an invoice for the rental cost from Aquity for online payment
- The $300 security/cleaning deposit is due via Paypal to ParkerDarlingLLC@gmail.com.
- Security/cleaning deposit is refunded after rental, minus any property damage or excessive cleaning.
- Cancellation policy:
- Security deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation.
- A full refund if canceled one week in advance.
- A 75% refund if canceled less than one week, and more than 48 hours.
- A 50% refund if canceled less than 48 hours.
- No refund if canceled less than 24 hours.
- We do not allow rentals for parties selling tickets to the public; no promoting parties with the Sub Rosa name attached.
- A Sub Rosa representative will check the point person in and give a tour 30mins before the scheduled rental. It’s a good idea to have more than one person present, and any or all guests may arrive early for the tour.
- Attendees must all sign liability waivers upon arrival – this can be handled by the organizer/main renter.
- The Sub Rosa address will be shared 24 hours before the rental time
- Only light fare and snacks are allowed, no food that can get messy or leave a smell.
- All standard dungeon rules and policies must be followed.
