Sub Rosa is available to fully vetted renters for limited private group dungeon rentals for 5-16 people to celebrate kinky milestones. For these larger private group dungeon rentals, we offer you access to all the same amazing bondage equipment, impact toys, safer sex and cleaning supplies, in a private sexy space. The differences are that you must have had a prior standard dungeon rental; you’ll have a longer orientation tour before the start of your rental; the rental must be for four to six hours; and there is a higher rental rate to reflect the increased use of the space.
Sub Rosa is not available for ticketed gatherings marketed to the public, but rather gatherings of people who know each other. The main renter must vouch for each attendee.

Policies
The following policies apply to all private group dungeon rentals for over 4 people.
- Only people who have previously rented Sub Rosa – and who have demonstrated an ability to follow our rules and respect our space – are eligible for group dungeon rentals.

- The space may be reserved for 4 to 6 hours.
- Email info@subrosapdx.com for scheduling. Once we confirm a date and the details, we will invoice your for a refundable security/cleaning deposit and for the full rental cost. The deposit is due within 48 hours to reserve the space on our calendar. Full payment of the rental cost is due one month before the reserved date.
- We will send an invoice for the rental cost and security/cleaning deposit from Acuity for online payment.
- Security/cleaning deposit is refunded after rental, minus any property damage, excessive cleaning, or other expenses.
- Cancellation policy:
- Security/cleaning deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation.
- For the rental amount:
- A full refund if canceled one week in advance.
- A 75% refund if canceled less than one week, and more than 48 hours.
- A 50% refund if canceled less than 48 hours.
- No refund if canceled less than 24 hours.
- We do not allow rentals for parties selling tickets to the public; no promoting parties with the Sub Rosa name attached.
- A Sub Rosa representative will check the point person in and give a tour 30mins before the scheduled rental. It’s a good idea to have more than one person present, and any or all guests may arrive early for the tour.
- A Sub Rosa representative will return to clean the space 30mins after the rental end time.
- Attendees must all sign liability waivers upon arrival – this can be handled by the organizer/main renter.
- The Sub Rosa address will be shared 24 hours before the rental time
- Only light fare and snacks are allowed, no food that can get messy or leave a smell. The deposit will be forfeited for food messes.
- All standard dungeon rules and policies must be followed.
