Where is Sub Rosa located?
We only share our address 24 hours before a confirmed rental or class/event. The building is located in SE Portland.
What is included when I rent Sub Rosa?
Read all about our private dungeon rentals here. You have access to the entire dungeon, including all our bondage equipment, restraints, and impact toys. We have nipple clamps, collars, leashes, and a Magic Wand as well. You can purchase insertables (like dildos, plugs, and gags) in our She Bop Honor Bar. During scheduling you can add on a Motorbunny sex machine and/or a Neon Wand to enjoy during your session. Check out our 3D tour to look inside Sub Rosa.
How do I book a dungeon rental?
Our booking calendar is password protected, so the first step is to answer a few questions for us on our contact form above. We will send you a follow-up email with the password to book. If you already have the password, access our booking calendar here. From there, you will be able to select a 2, 3, or 4 hour rental appointment, choose any rental add-ons, and see available dates on our calendar. Or, you can purchase an overnight rental gift card and email us at info@subrosapdx.com to schedule. We also offer gift cards for hourly rentals. You can buy a gift card without a password here.
What if I need to reschedule my private rental?
Rescheduling is easy. You can click the link in your emailed receipt and move your appointment to any open spot in the future.
What if I need to cancel my booking last minute?
Our cancellation policy is:
* A 50% refund if canceled less than 48 hours before appointment start time.
* No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before appointment start time.
Remember, you can always reschedule instead of cancelling.
Will my visit to Sub Rosa be private?
Yes! Someone will be there to greet you at the beginning of your rental and give a short safety tour. But after that, you and your partners will be the only people in the space for the entirety of your session. Any personal information you share with Sub Rosa during booking will be kept private and confidential.
What if I’m new to kink/BDSM and don’t know where to start?
The wealth of options in our dungeon can seem overwhelming or intimidating. But Sub Rosa is a great place to learn! In addition to our kinky classes, both Mistress Viola and Princessa Natasha offer private coaching sessions. Wherever you are on your kink journey, a coaching session will raise your confidence and expand your BDSM skills.
