Coaching can include soft skills:

- Creating a scene – especially how to use Sub Rosa to step out of the everyday and into the extraordinary.
- Confidence building for both tops/dominants and bottoms/submissives
- Valuable insight on how to bring BDSM into your relationship, especially if you live together and juggle life responsibilities.
Or hard skills:
- Using the bondage equipment in Sub Rosa more efficiently, or experiencing some of the private bondage equipment from Natasha and Viola’s private collection
- Engaging in spanking, caning, flogging, or other impact play SAFELY!
- Genital bondage, torment, teasing, chastity or other hands-on play that might be more technical. We can even provide bottoms to practice on!

What is the difference between coaching and play sessions?
Coaching focuses on education and skills, with no focused power exchange or active playtime with the dominatrices. Private play sessions involve power exchange, roleplay, fantasy explorations and fantasy fulfillment. Both Natasha and Viola also offer private play sessions for couples as well, it is just important to be sure you understand the distinction when booking, as expectations (and rates) will differ.
